About 170 people came out to Calero in almost perfect weather (a little cool when we were setting up, and a little warm by the time the courses closed) for our annual event at this Santa Clara County Park south of San Jose. Everyone seemed to have a good time on the courses designed by Theo Verhoeven.
Other than the required porta-potty being delivered to the wrong park entrance (which SCC staff efficiently corrected), and the otherwise excellent snack area temporarily running out of paper cups (both of which were the event director's fault), everything seemed to run pretty smoothly.
