FAQ

Q

I am a 13-year-old (14 in December) 8th-grade girl who runs F-16 Orange normally, but middle school Yellow for IS. Can I run IS and still get counted in USOF rankings?

A

Yes, if you register for F-16 Orange. For the IS champs, you can always run at a higher level, but your points will be based on the winner of the JV Girls class, not the Middle School Girls class.

Q

I am a 14-year-old 9th-grade boy who runs M-16 Orange normally, but Varsity Green for IS. Can I get points for Varsity IS?

A

Yes, but you would have to register for M-18 Green to do this. Alternatively, you could always run M-16 Orange and compete at the JV level.

Q

You said that there is no maximum team size. Does that mean that we can't have two teams from the same school?

A

No, you can have two teams, even two teams of one student each, but each team would be scored separately.

Q

How about if we had 20 students on our team and we win a medal. Do all 20 students get an award?

A

Yes.
